Please ONLY contact us at if you have ANY QUESTIONS about an order. Allow 24-48 hours for a response. Customer service is only from MONDAY-FRIDAY 10AM-7PM

If for any reason we say your order will be refunded & canceled the refund will take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. IF you received the wrong products you have 7 DAYS after delivery to notify us (PRODUCTS CANNOT BE TAMPERED WITH). After that WE CAN NOT HELP, NO EXCEPTIONS!

 Processing times may vary during specials, sales and holidays processing time during sales is 2-4 business days. When your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking number. You can pick your shipping time. Business days are MONDAY - FRIDAY. If you have any delays with a shipment please contact USPS customer service at 1 (800) 275-8777 . We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via. carrier, or incorect shipping info, We are not responsible for weather related delays. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Hair Vault Experience does not hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.  We are not responsible for any shipping delivery delays that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. YOU WILL HAVE TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE.

Refund Policy


“Hair Vault Experience LLC” only allows refunds under 3 conditions. We can refund a order that’s has not been shipped. Once the order is shipped & in the hands of the postal service we cannot issue a refund. For orders that have been shipped & delivered you can return the order under our “Money Back Guarantee Policy” the items must be in original condition & NOT used within 7 days of delivery. Please read more about our “Money Back Guarantee Policy” for more information on the conditions by clicking the “Money Back Guarantee Policy”. If you receive the the wrong items you will have the choice of exchanging your wrong item for the correct item OR chose a partial refund from the difference of the wrong item-correct item.

We do not issue refunds on orders that have been shipped & not returned in the original condition, orders currently in transit, or used items.


Return’s & Exchange Policy


Hair Vault Experience does offer debit card refunds for APPROVED RETURNED Items, NO exchanges. Please choose the correct lengths, color, and/or texture when placing an order. We offer returns under our Money Back Guarantee Policy


Money Back Guarantee Policy- The purpose of our money back guarantee is to give you the opportunity to feel our hair, and to see if Hair Vault Experience meets your standard of expectation.  If you are unhappy with the quality of your Hair Vault Experience you can return the hair within 7 days of delivery in its original packaging ( bundle must still be intact.. read more below) for your money back!

We will not accept the hair if it has been:

  • Installed
  • treated with chemicals (bleached or dyed)
  • Bundle rubber bands have been cut, broken, or removed.
  • Washed, wet, or not in original condition.
  • The hairs texture/pattern has been altered.

In order to receive a refund and qualify for our 7 day money back guarantee, you must be unsatisfied with the quality of your hair extensions. 

Your refund will NOT include the original shipping cost.

We do NOT offer exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

We only will cancel the order if it has NOT been shipped. If it is in transit/shipped, or delivered it cannot be canceled. Cancelations are not always possible, if you reach us after the time period we can cancel the order you may return the package to us in its or original condition once it’s delivered for a refund (does not included original shipping cost). Custom Items such as wigs cannot be canceled.
